The Vision: The Future of Project Rollplay!
What a gift to be on the ground floor of something so impactful! To help with Mental Health, while using a fun entertaining game like Dungeons & Dragons.
Here are some of the ways I plan to grow Project Rollplay:
- An OFFICIAL D&D table.
I very much like the design of the Critical Role table.

To take this one step further, I would like to inlay a monitor or television screen directly into the table itself, combining the Critical Role table with the following: - Build A Dungeon
Whether I own a building specifically for Project Rollplay or convert a basement or room, I want to have an actual dungeon-like room to play in. Preferably one with a built-in bar for Tavern roleplaying purposes, for moments of Live Action Roleplay.
(Must be 19 years of age for alcoholic beverages. Your character's age does not count. I will serve you apple juice and call it ale. Welcome to roleplay!) - A Mr. Dressup-like D&D Tickle Trunk
Now I realize some of you might all be too young to know who Mr. Dressup is but growing up, I was a big fan of this show. In it, Mr. Dressup had was he called a "Tickle Trunk" where he stored all sorts of different costumes.
I want a nice big pirate-like chest full of different costumes and props for player characters and NPCs to use. - More Minis
If any of you have a miniature you'd like to use, be sure to bring them going forward. I will be introducing more maps to the campaigns, to determine better battle strategies. I'm a big fan of combo-moves, so if you piggyback off of something someone else did, to increase the strength of the attack or simply to make it even cooler, combo bonuses will be added. - Streaming
It would be great to eventually have campaigns that we can stream on Twitch and YouTube and generate even more funds for Project Rollplay. Maybe one day our streams can be as popular as Critical Roll and everyone can make a wage for participating in the D&D stream. (Imagine someone asking you what you do for a living and respond with. "I'm a professional D&D player or DM". I dunno, I think it's cool.)
All ideas and suggestions are welcome!
I am working on many campaigns that I am excited to run:
1. The Starkender Chronicles (A Spelljammers adventure series).
2. Into the Fey (The Wild Beyond the Witchlight and beyond).
3. Avelon Lost (A criminal city under new leadership, hiring the heroes as the first wardens, to clean up the city).
4. Tabula Rasa (An orphanage academy, starting as children, then teens, graduation, and beyond)
5. Acquisitions Incorporated (Opening a franchise business in your city and going on adventures to ensure you have constant stock of things to sell. Then there's the computation, the rivals and whatnot.)
6. Miner Inconvenience (Starting with the Lost Mine of Phandelver)
7. Port Mercy: Rise of a City (A city that was started in a previous campaign is still in its infancy. (Pirates definitely included).
8. The Excelsior (A Complete pirate campaign sailing the high seas.)
9. The Thrill of the Hunt (Think Supernatural, Sam and Dean and an entire sect of supernatural hunters.)
10. Prison Island (You're all criminals. Either falsely accused or otherwise, Prison Island harbours the worst of the worst but the island is more than what meets the eye.)
I'm also offering my services as a Dungeon Master for hire. For birthday parties and things of that nature. Either for one-shot events or ongoing campaigns.
And if you're interested in being a Dungeon Master, I am happy to help teach you and/or provide feedback. I've never had an angry player at my table.
No one has ever quit because of my stories. However, I recognize that some people are sensitive to certain topics and/or themes. I encourage honest and open discussion as a group or in private to help mitigate any issues. The point is to help mental health, not worsen it. This is meant as a joyful experience.
I'm so excited for the future of Project Rollplay. Making a D&D experience and grand and beneficial as possible. Welcome!
